NCD has recently supplied Lucida Series ALD equipment to an Asian OLED device manufacturer, which is used for thin film encapsulation. Thus, NCD’s continuous effort to R&D and its outcomes have been certified by OLED manufacturers. Our company is planning to finish the development of large area ALD equipment of 6th generation by 2014 through a consistent R&D, and we would contribute in strength the competition of large area flexible OLED. We will continue to be one of the top ALD equipment companies with R&D efforts.
